Directrice Générale Adjointe d'Arts et Métiers - Coordinatrice du projet "Evolutive Leraning Factories"

Véronique Favier est Professeur des Universités à Arts et Metiers  et effectue ses activités de recherche, depuis 2010, au laboratoire PIMM , unité mixte de recherche ENSAM CNRS et Cnam.

Depuis le 1er septembre 2022, elle est Directrice Générale Adjointe d'Arts et Métiers/ Elle coordonne le projet Evolutive Learning Factory de l' établissement sur ses 8 campus. Elle est responsable du projet JENII (Jumeaux d'Enseignement Numériques Immersifs et Interactifs) de France 2030 - Démonstrateur de l'Enseignement Supérieur

Elle a travaillé auparavant au campus de Metz et effectué ses travaux de rechertche au  Laboratoire de Physique et Mécanique des Matériaux (LPMM) dans l'équipe du Professeur Marcel Berveiller. Elle a obtenu son Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches en 2005, June sur le thème "Modléisation physique et micromécanique du comportement des matériaux hétéogènes :microstructure et mécanismes dépendant du temps
En 2007, elle a rejoint le campus de Paris d'Arts et Métiers ParisTech et le Laboratoire d’Ingénierie des Matériaux (LIM) dirigé par Thierry Bretheau. Depuis le 1er janvier, 2010,le LIM est devenu le laboratoire Procédés et Ingénierie en Mécanique et Matériaux (PIMM). Véronique Favier a pris la direction de ce laboratoire au 1er janvier 2018.
