The second semester consists of a research internship in one of the partners' laboratories.

30 ECTS / 21 weeks

From mid-February to the end of June, vous will work in a team within an acadamic lab to conduct and achieve your research project.  Apart exceptions, the research project aims at preparing the internship. If the research prioject is well-leaded, you will be able to start experimental, theororical or numecical studies right from the beginning of the internship.

Assessment of the research internship

The final mark is calcluated from four marks:

• A first mark is given by the reviewer for the two minutes you would send after two project reviews planned after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of the beginning of the internship. 
• A second mark is given by the reviwer for the written report.
• A third mark is given by the internship supervisor.
• A fourth mark is given for the defence. The defence time is 30 minutes : 20 minutes dedicated to the oral presentation and 10 minutes dedicated to questions asked bu a scientific commitee. The presence of the students to the defence of the others students is mandatory.
